Alan Mattiassi

Alan Mattiassi is a postdoc researcher at University of Modena and Reggio-Emilia. He is a licensed psychologist who obtained a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Ph.D. in Multimedia Communication. He works on topics mainly related to games, the act of playing and gamification as a researcher, project designer and consultant with neuroscience and psychology methods. His research interests are games, gaming, gamification, virtual avatars, self and identity, artificial intelligence, immersion and flow, communication.
